Requirements

Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, preferably with multi outlet exposure
Strong service leadership background with a deep understanding of guest experience
Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high performing service teams
Solid operational knowledge including floor management, service pacing, and labor awareness
Calm, confident presence in fast paced, high expectation dining rooms
Interest in long term growth and continued leadership development

Responsibilities

Support daily operations across multiple fine dining outlets with a focus on service excellence and consistency
Lead from the floor during service, setting the tone for polished, anticipatory hospitality
Coach and mentor service leaders and front of house teams in real time
Partner with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and service flow planning
Ensure all service standards, training expectations, and brand touchpoints are consistently executed
Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards across the operation
