POSITION SUMMARY As Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant. The position of AGM is truly about being a dynamic team leader and setting a positive tone for the entire restaurant to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently, profitably and delivering the highest level of hospitality. This is a minimum 50-hour a week position over 5 shifts, which involves weekends and holidays, particularly during the peak season.
