What We're Looking For: Proven Leadership: 5+ years of management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant environment ($10M+), at least 2 of which were at AGM level or higher. Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations to ensure seamless service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience
  • Train, supervise, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service while upholding the restaurant's high standards
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness across all areas of the restaurant
  • Oversee banquet operations, ensuring successful execution of events, service standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock of ingredients, supplies, beverages, and equipment
  • Provide bar program oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and execution across all beverage offerings
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and overall financial management
