Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervision of sales associates during shift
Training and coaching sales associates
Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees
Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards
Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation
Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations
Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition
