About The Position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall operations of the restaurant. The AGM works with all employees in setting the direction of the business day to day operations as well as plan to grow the business, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure proper scheduling and training for the staff. Requirements

Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
2 or more years of management experience
Obtain a ServSafe certificate within 90 days of employment
