About The Position
Audi Orange Park is seeking an elite Assistant General Manager to join one of Northeast Florida’s premier Audi dealerships. This is a top leadership role designed for a proven automotive performer who is ready to take the next step toward full General Manager responsibilities. This position works hand-in-hand with the General Manager overseeing two Audi stores, offering unmatched exposure to running a dealership from top to bottom—operations, sales strategy, inventory, people, and profitability. This role is not for average performers. We are looking for a dominant deal-maker and proven leader who thrives in a high-performance environment. Ideal candidates are General Sales Managers ready for the next step, or high-level desk managers already operating at an executive level.
Requirements
- A top producer with a documented history of success
- An exceptional desk manager and closer
- Highly skilled at: Structuring deals, Getting challenging credit approved and funded, Maximizing front-end and back-end opportunities
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong financial and operational discipline
- A respected leader capable of driving accountability and results
- Strong proficiency in: Excel, eLeads, CDK, Dealertrack, Outlook, Manheim
- Must have valid driver license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test
Nice To Haves
- Audi or other Highline brand experience is a strong plus
- Inventory acquisition experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Desk and structure deals at the highest level
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing sales team
- Partner directly with the General Manager on: Sales strategy & forecasting, Inventory acquisition and merchandising, Process improvement and execution, Talent development and culture building
- Learn and execute full dealership operations, preparing for future GM opportunities
- Ensure consistent execution of Audi and Hanania Automotive Group standards
