About The Position

Be part of the most anticipated restaurant opening in St Johns County. As Assistant General Manager, you will be: Managing employees This includes hiring, training, and mentoring new staff, scheduling shifts, and assigning table sections to waitstaff. AGMs will also monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction AGMs will coordinate activities between the front and back of the restaurant to provide customers with an exceptional experience. They will also resolve customer questions and complaints professionally. Opening and closing Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant and may use checklists prepared by the restaurant manager. Maintaining the restaurant Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities. Managing finances Handle cash transactions, manage financial processes, and maintain accurate sales, expenses, and inventory records. Other responsibilities Align with the company's objectives, resolve potential issues, and foster a positive work culture. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
