Meals & Housing provided at $19.50 per day. The Main Dining Room at Grand Hotel has crafted and executes a high-volume, refined dining experience rooted in tradition and elevated service. From breakfast and the renowned Grand Luncheon Experience to our nightly formal five-course dinners, each service is thoughtfully executed and guest-focused. The Assistant General Manager – Main Dining Room oversees daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards. This role supports excellence in food and beverage quality, service, and team training, while actively engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include training, supervising, coaching, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews for the front-of-house team.
