About The Position

The Dining Room Manager plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and their guests. This individual oversees all front-of-house dining operations, leads and supports our service team, and works closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality service. We are seeking a hands-on, positive leader who takes pride in hospitality, values teamwork, and is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences in a warm and professional club environment. This role requires a start date of May 4, 2026 and is a contracted position through October 12,02026. Due to the nature of the position, no vacation or requested time off is permitted during the contract period. Work hours will range from 35–55 hours per week, depending on business levels. Some weeks will be lighter, while others will require increased hours based on club activity and special events. The position is expected to work approximately 1,000 hours over the course of the season. The schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations. This position is a full-time, seasonal role classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant or fine dining experience
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or management role

  • Experience in private clubs, upscale restaurants, hotels, or resorts preferred
  • Familiarity with banquet and event service operation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining room operations, 200+ covers daily
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff.
  • Assists with private events, and banquet functions.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and member satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee POS systems, billing accuracy, and inventory controls.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
