About The Position

As the Assistant Front of House Manager at Waynesville Inn & Golf, Tapestry by Hilton, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our front of house team. You will assist in managing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service in a welcoming and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality management role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing front of house operations to ensure efficient and high-quality guest service.
  • Support, train, and motivate front of house staff to achieve service excellence.
  • Help manage scheduling and daily staff assignments to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
