NATURE AND SCOPE The Offensive Coordinator/Tight Ends Coach is responsible for the development, training, and performance of the offense and tight ends. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience coaching at the college level, high school level and/or equivalent professional experience
  • An understanding of the rules and policies of the NCAA
  • Ability to work with diverse individuals and promote an inclusive environment

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor the offense and tight ends in fundamental skills such as mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and reading offenses.
  • Create individualized training programs that address the specific needs and strengths of each player.
  • Develop and implement practice plans that focus on improving performance.
  • Analyze game film to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of game plans, including play selection and situational strategies.
  • Utilize video analysis tools to assess quarterback mechanics and decision-making during practices and games.
  • Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and competitive environment that encourages growth and development among the offensive line.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
