Emphasis will be placed on recruitment, mentoring student athletes, and assisting with practices to include planning and skill development. The Safeties Coach assists the Head Football Coach in representation of the football program at intercollegiate athletics, alumni, University, booster club, and fundraising events as needed. This position requires you to work evenings and weekends and will require travel. The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
