The position requires regular interaction with the management team, associates, and customers, promoting a culture of professionalism and respect. Additionally, the Assistant Food Service Manager will assist in running all areas of the Food Service operations, providing training and development for associates, and implementing marketing programs and merchandising plans. In this role, the Assistant Food Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, completing department paperwork, inspecting and rotating products, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
