Requirements

• 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience (QSR/fast casual a plus).
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented.
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Step into full leadership when GM is unavailable.
• Lead shifts and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety and food handling standards are followed.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism.
• Promote an energetic, guest-first culture.
• Support community buzz and events.
