About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring an Assistant Field Estimator / Sales Support to assist the Sales Manager with estimating, documentation, customer support, and field legwork. This role primarily supports new construction projects, helping keep jobs organized and moving efficiently. This is an entry-level field position focused on measurements, job documentation, and on-site support. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Construction or roofing experience a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with roof measurements, inspections, photos, and documentation
- Visit job sites and report progress or issues
- Help gather information and support customers on-site
