What this job involves: The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive property operations and maintenance services including customer service, financial management, facility maintenance, and supplier oversight. This client-facing role focuses on maintaining high satisfaction levels at a Global HQ location while ensuring compliance with operational standards and building strong client relationships to support corporate real estate objectives. 2nd Shift Hours: Tuesday-Friday (1pm-10pm); Saturday (8am-5pm).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting
  • Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with pivot tables and data manipulation capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facility management or corporate real estate
  • Advanced knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Corrigo

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client satisfaction through high-visibility facility management service delivery and customer support programs
  • Support compliance with JLL audit standards, monitor KPIs, and track Service Level Agreements to identify and address potential challenges
  • Manage work orders via JLL Corrigo CMMS for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
  • Support facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
  • Create and manipulate heavy reporting requirements using Microsoft Office, Excel pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Implement and monitor safety practices, hazard control, and compliance with local codes and JLL operational standards
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration within the account team and drive development of integrated facility management best practices
  • Enforce company policies and training requirements for safe and efficient operations
  • Support additional duties and tasks as assigned by management
