Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. Requirements

  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and personal or professional experience in one or more of the following: Plumbing HVAC - Light commercial Compressed air systems - Light commercial Inert gas system maintenance
  • Ability to obtain a special boilers license and 608 reclaim certification within 9 months required.
  • Computer skills to navigate websites, email, and other office programs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
  • A High School diploma, Trade School or Military training preferred.
