Requirements
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
- Food and Beverage management experience of at least 2 years is required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe manager certification within 30 days of employment
- Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Private/Club operations experience is preferred.
- College degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall day-to-day operations of multiple outlets to ensure efficiency of the outlet and department
- Provide exceptional customer service while providing a positive work environment and assisting staff as needed
- Supervise, motivate, and engage employees, and provide training and direction as necessary.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to review specials, menus changes, and reservations.
- Verifies menus and wine lists, both content and pricing with the Restaurant Manager and the Director of Food & Beverage.
- Aware of daily and weekly specials in outlets and communicating to staff.
- Aware of availability of products and notifies management of any ordering needs.
- Ensure staff is aware of any promotions, events, and/or specials for the outlet
- Audit F&B software against outgoing food and beverage orders.
- Financially accountable for F&B outlet and discusses with Restaurant Manager and the Director of Food & Beverage.
- Personally monitors guest complaints and resolutions to complaints
- Check duty rosters in allocated areas ensure coverage and monitors timekeeping and absenteeism.
- Make sure all POS procedures and processes are adhered to at all times.
- Regularly check all areas for maintenance requirements and follow up.
- Keep a close eye on correct billing to member accounts.
- Ensure tightest control over Food & Beverage security of outlets, storage, and offices.
- Maintain professional and cooperative communication with co-workers and management.
- Assists in promotions held in all outlets regularly.
- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
- Assist with coverage, training, coaching, etc.
- Regularly check all areas to ensure cleanliness and all open/closing procedures are being followed
- Completing any other task/duties assigned
