Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met. Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs. Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity. Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to keep quality top-notch.
