Requirements

• 2-4 years' leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of state/federal regulations and senior living operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• A passion for people and a commitment to excellence
• Must have or be willing to obtain CORE certification to be an administrator for Assisted Living

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional resident care
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and frontline staff to deliver the highest quality services
• Build strong community relationships and represent the community with pride to families, professionals, and local partners
• Champion regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
• Support staffing, training, retention, and performance management efforts across all departments
• Perform HR-related tasks such as payroll processing, recruiting, hiring, orientation, work comp processing, and compliance for employee files
• Cultivate a culture where residents feel safe, supported, and dignified
