Requirements

  • 2+ years in event coordination, marketing, or related field (or associate’s degree)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build rapport with all internal and external contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-quality events
  • Manage full booking process from application to confirmation
  • Communicate with event organizers and internal teams
  • Maintain calendars, event lists, and documentation
  • Negotiate pricing, sponsorships, and booth placement
  • Track payments, reports, and documentation
