Madden’s is currently seeking an Assistant Event Services Manager. This position is responsible for leading the setup of events throughout Madden's on Gull Lake.

Requirements

  • Organized, great communication, decisive & flexible.
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Great decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and markets is essential.
  • Time management.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Two years leading the setup of large events.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist with the set up and tear down of event space for, meetings, cocktail receptions, banquets and cookouts.
  • Ability to oversee multiple events in a given timeframe.
  • Adjusting audio and AV systems.
  • Ensuring the event space, hallways, kitchen, and storage rooms are clean and organized.
  • Set up and maintain smaller events. For example: coffee breaks, bag lunches, and meeting refreshments.
  • Assist Banquet staff with Serving and setting up of food and beverage when needed.
  • Work with Executive Banquet Manager to direct staff when needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
