About The Position

The Role and What You’ll Do: WME Group is seeking an Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President, Entertainment Marketing & Advisory. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with executive and senior level business leaders and their teams. The candidate will have the ability to effectively manage scheduling of calls, meetings and a high volume workload. Requirements

  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle all scheduling related matters
  • Provide phone support; organize calls, listen and proactively set follow up
  • Take thorough notes during calls across multiple work streams and action things that need to be addressed
  • Complete expense reports using Concur
  • Assist with conference room reservations, audio/visual equipment set up, catering for meetings and visitor registration
  • Print and organize documents
  • Research industry-related items for presentations and proposals
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications to support various initiatives
  • Generally, stay aware of President’s day
  • Manage travel logistics, draft travel booklet itineraries/agendas
  • Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
