Comfortable working full-time between 7:00am – 6:30pm At Goodstart Rowville – Liberty Avenue, you’ll be part of a warm and supportive team in a centre known for strong relationships, a welcoming environment and a genuine focus on children’s wellbeing and learning.

Strong people skills—able to have honest, constructive and sometimes challenging conversations
Experience working with a diverse range of people and teams

Responsibilities

Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
