Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire. Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence. Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control. In order to inspire team members, you need a school that inspires you. Requirements

  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
  • A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience
  • Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education
  • Excellent Leadership Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
  • Must be willing to work until 6:30PM
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards

Nice To Haves

  • Primrose Experience
  • Experience in child-care management preferred (20+ employees desired)
  • Knowledge of state licensing preferred
  • ProCare experience
