About The Position

Currently accepting applications for a full time Assistant Director. Leader must have early childhood and supervisory experience to lead our dynamic team of early childhood and therapy professionals. Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proven track record managing a childcare center or preschool
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Successful background implementing organizational policies and procedures in a facility
  • Demonstrate success in a leadership role in the implementation of quality initiatives
  • Knowledge of preschool and childcare licensing regulations

  • Experience with preschool children with special needs, special education, speech therapy, PT and OT

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all program operations and ensure that they support the philosophy of the organization
  • Recruit, orient, supervise, train, and develop the team. Ensure a positive team atmosphere.
  • Develop and regularly monitor systems to ensure all quality assurance practices; regulatory agency requirements; timely and comprehensive child and family intake; meeting concerns and needs of participating families.
