This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising jail-based staff, and driving program outcomes. The Assistant Director will lead scheduling efforts, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and reporting requirements. The Assistant Director plays a key role in staff development, data integrity, and continuous improvement of program services.
