The Assistant Director (AD) - Hillsborough and will support the director in overseeing services and providing support to staff. The AD - Hillsborough serves as the first leadership contact for all staff and clients and works with the director to resolve issues and concerns. The AD is also involved in the development and dissemination of area-specific policies as assigned and monitors employee adherence to operating procedures (organization and site-specific policies) as well as adherence to BACB guidelines and contractual agreements and resolves issues related to non-adherence. The AD is also responsible for area oversight, specific area projects, or staff management as outlined by the area director including hiring, onboarding, and staff training as assigned by the area director. The Assistant Director - Hillsborough position is open to current employees but may open to other candidates if an appropriate candidate is not identified internally
