About The Position

The Assistant Director of Human Resources plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily HR operations, guiding HR staff, and partnering with hospital leadership to advance organizational goals. This individual will drive HR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high‑quality HR services that support a positive, engaged, and high‑performing workforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong HR generalist background with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, Dayforce, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
