The Assistant Director for Recruitment and Admissions (ADRA) is housed in the School of Business’s Eugene P. Beard Center for Student Success (CSS) and reports to the Senior Director for Recruitment & Admissions. The CSS prioritizes the customer experience by providing a smooth transition from applicant to student to placement. Consequently, as an integral member of the CSS, the ADRA addresses the entire student life cycle, primarily by recruiting new graduate students into our specialized master’s degree and certificate programs, playing a supportive role in supporting MBA and undergraduate program recruitment and working with the School’s admission team to create, organize and implement front-line actions and activities (such as marketing, recruitment and communication strategies) designed to attract high quality applicants to the School. The ADRA also works closely with our student success coaches by providing detailed deposited student data to allow for a seamless transition designed to enhance the customer experience. The ADRA has primary responsibility for effectively maintaining and managing the CRM system to ensure that quantitative and qualitative goals are achieved. As such, the ADRA continually reviews data analytics to make suggestions for improvement. To fulfill the responsibilities of the position, collaboration is required with key leaders and staff professionals in the School (e.g., Dean, Senior Associate Dean, department chairs, center directors, MARCOM, Corporate Relations & Community Partnerships, student success coaches, faculty, etc.) as well as with other units across campus [EMG], Division of Marketing and Communications [DMC], Center for Global Engagement [CGE] etc.). The successful candidate will be evaluated based on their ability to meet established goals and through feedback from appropriate constituencies. Work will be reviewed through regularly scheduled meetings, reports, analysis, and observation of results.
