Reporting to the Director of Parks Operations Shared Services, the Assistant Director of Parks Operations Shared Services works in close partnership with the Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure that all open spaces and public amenities throughout Battery Park City (BPC) are safe, accessible, and welcoming for residents, workers, and visitors. The Assistant Director manages the warehouse team and oversees warehouse operations, while also supporting facilities management functions. The role plays a key part in essential operational activities, including procurement, inventory management, safety initiatives, systems and software support, and the coordination of construction and event-related information. As with all positions at BPCA, the Assistant Director consistently exemplifies and advances the organization's core values, mission, and culture.
