Communicating with the team in a professional manner, in writing as well as verbally Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers Identify and report improvement areas according to company procedures Helping maximize profits while trying to take care of customers. Logging tasks in accordance with company guidelines. Assist payment & fraud specialists in upholding the security of the company and preventing fraudulent activities. Acting proactively on player's gaming patterns. Advising team on responsible gaming tools, if any pattern comes to attention as such Escalating and following up customer cases when needed. Constant analyzation of trading team performance and any lines handled by outside partners. Other job duties as assigned
