About The Position

Develop, monitor, and action real-time player profitability management processes engaging across Trading, Business Intelligence, Data Science and Payments & Fraud. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Monitor performance of player accounts at all levels Manage real-time reporting, adjustments of strategies of trading team Review trends in markets pre-match, live with various members of sports leads Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects the market. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience within the online and retail sports wagering industry
  • 2-3 years in Business/Finance/Trading Leadership roles
  • Understanding of Sports Betting models
  • Excellent analytical and oral and written communications skills and effectively communicate effectively across several diverse internal groups
  • Superior judgment with the ability to understand materiality, criticality and urgency of new and ongoing objectives and prioritize them as appropriate
  • Ability to find creative solutions to issues, taking a pragmatic, commercial approach in balancing risks against business interests
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Team player, highly motivated and results driven with a positive `can do’ attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Obtainment of Gaming license(s) in specific jurisdictions may be applicable
  • 21 years of age or older
