Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required to qualify as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) when needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field, with a strong record of independent leadership and team development.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, goal orientation, and delegation abilities to ensure team and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose: Guide and empower residential managers to deliver the highest quality of care aligned with Greystone's core values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity.
- Foster team success: Coach and support residential teams to achieve their goals, solve problems effectively, and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Drive program excellence: Monitor program budgets, ensure proper staffing coverage within labor budgets, and oversee operations to meet the evolving needs of those we support.
- Stay adaptable: Work a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed, including providing on-call support.
