The Assistant Director of Recruitment works as a member of the LSUS Student Affairs Division coordinating a wide range of tasks, enhancing and supporting the LSUS Recruitment Office. Provides leadership and direction in development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and enrollment initiatives at LSU Shreveport. This position implements strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students through cross institution collaboration with both student affairs and academic affairs. Reports to the Director of Recruitment & Scholarships and is a full-time, exempt position. At least 2 years of professional experience in digital design (graphic design, web content, social media management, or related area). Strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data, track outcomes, and adjust strategies to achieve enrollment goals. Must be a hard-working, creative, and team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
