As a strong and visible advocate for campus-based recruitment, this leader collaborates with administration, faculty, and staff to promote engagement while actively seeking their participation and input for continuous improvement. This position stays current with best practices in campus visit experiences, proposing innovations as appropriate and feasible. Responsibilities include supervising two professional staff members, with a managerial dotted line to student staff.
