Responsibilities

Lead successful shifts in both Front of House and Back of House operations.
Serve as a subject matter expert for specific director roles.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Train, coach, and mentor team members and trainers.
Collaborate with the Training Director to ensure adequate training for all team members.
Identify ongoing training opportunities for team development.
Work with the Operations Director to achieve proper scheduling and labor productivity.
Set and communicate daily goals with your team.
Ensure food safety compliance with Chick-fil-A Brand Standards and local health regulations.
Help implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Lead by example and inspire your team to follow suit.
Collaborate with fellow directors to enhance systems and procedures.
