Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in senior living
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Commitment to resident-centered care and team leadership

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents
• Assist with planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and care standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate care
