Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior living
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Experience with dementia care preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop care staff
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skill
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all clinical operations to ensure excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and development to care staff
  • Ensure residents are appropriately assessed, admitted, and supported within the community’s level of care
  • Partner with residents, families, physicians, and leadership to support positive clinical outcomes
  • Maintain oversight of medication management, care planning, and clinical documentation
  • Monitor resident conditions and proactively address changes in status
  • Review incident reports, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations and company standards
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Participate as a key member of the community leadership team, helping drive overall community success
