About The Position

Job Summary:# Maintains 24-hour accountability for the nursing functions at Courtland Terrace in the absences of the Director of Nursing. #Provides leadership and manages all aspects of nursing operations consistent with the Corporate and Facility Mission.# Follows established policies and procedures, facilitates and organizes collection of nursing QUAPI data, and completes other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.# ## Qualifications:# BSN preferred. Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).# At least one year of progressive leadership responsibility and a strong background in long-term nursing care.# Assistant Director Of Nursing experience strongly preferred. Thorough knowledge of leadership/management theories and applications.# Positive and effective interpersonal and communication skills.# Knowledge and skills of motivation and group dynamics.# Current BLS. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability

Requirements
