We’re hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing – a compassionate and driven clinical leader who supports the delivery of exceptional care and helps guide our nursing team. Requirements

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state
  • Requires minimum of 2 years’ experience working in long term care or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around animals and pets
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments
  • Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs

  • Experience supervising others preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department
  • Mentor and train nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Support the development and implementation of programs that enhance resident satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain a climate of continuous improvement and resident-centered care
