RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Ideal candidate is very organized, works well with a team, is able to educate to all types of backgrounds, and wants to maintain a safe environment for our residents’ patients and employees.
Requirements
- Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader
- Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player
- Must be willing to work as a floor nurse if needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitors to see that treatments and medications are administered as ordered
- Maintains a system to insure knowledge of patient status (such as: makes daily rounds of all patients).
- Ability to plan and direct nursing service in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the medical/health care community, patients and families.
