Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
- 2 years of experience in long-term care or a mental health rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Previous experience as ADON, highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate nursing activities on behalf of the director of nursing.
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Support the director of nursing.
- Conduct consumer rounds and address complaints.
- Monitor and train the nursing staff.
