Requirements

Registered Nurse
Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA Regulations
Valid Drivers License and Have Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

Flexible Hours Based on Client Needs
Participate in In-Home Client Assessments and Education
Build Service Confidence with Referral Partners
Ensure all Policies and Procedures are Current and Adhered to
Prepare the Agency for Joint Commission Accreditation
Assess Client Needs and Set Plan of Care
Reassess Client's Plan of Care per Regulations
Verify and Certify Care Giver's Competency
Evaluate Field Staff Performance per Regulations
Report Clinical Metrics and Client Status to Senior Leadership Weekly
Ensure Complete and Accurate Information is Documented within the ABS and MABS Application
Support a Culture of Excellence and Enthusiasm Where People Thrive
