About The Position
The Springs at Monarch Landing, a 5-Star Premier Community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our exceptional team. If you have a strong background in skilled nursing and geriatric care-and you're passionate about leading, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff-this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position works Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend on-call. We are committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a collaborative, resident-centered environment. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Proven managerial experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
