About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training and development, implementing nursing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
