Requirements
- LVN or RN license required (California)
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care strongly preferred
- Leadership or supervisory nursing experience required (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar)
- Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support staff
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and oversight
- Support regulatory compliance (CDPH, CMS) and survey readiness
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff
- Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and clinical excellence
- Participate in staff training, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Step in for the DON as needed
