As the assistant director of nursing (ADON), you will: supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees oversee infection prevention complete wound care provide staff education conduct internal audits ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing

• wound care certification is preferred
