In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Director of Housing to ensure high quality care is given to our residents through goal setting and long-term growth. You will be heavily involved in the daily activities of the community - monitor the delivery of services for our residents, assist in developing programs to meet residents’ needs, work on special projects, and adhere to policies, procedures and regulations. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working Monday - Friday Wage Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually depending on experience Location: 14500 Regent Lane, Burnsville, MN 55306

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Health Care, Business Administration, or related field or 1-2 years of senior housing experience preferred.
  • Promote a positive team approach in a healthy work environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn customized software.
  • Ability to learn and adhere to resident rights, vulnerable adults, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • LALD or licensure in progress preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and families, the housing department and other departments as requested.
  • Provide administrative support (i.e. move in; move out coordination, monthly billing tasks, resident satisfaction and high level of customer service).
  • Assist with marketing of the facility as needed (i.e. tours, follow-ups, participating, and planning of events.)
  • Work on special projects, monthly reports, and other tasks delegated by Director of Housing.
  • Supervising our receptionist team.
  • AR/AP Responsibilities.
  • Offer support to other departments as needed.
