The Assistant Director of Housing & Financial Stability plays a key role in advancing Granite United Way’s efforts to develop, implement, and support effective strategies for financial stability, including housing access and homelessness prevention. The Assistant Director manages the operations of three current programs (KeyConnect NH, Mission Zero Landlord Incentives, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance or “VITA”), helps build community partnerships (landlords, service providers, volunteers, funders), and supports resource development activities. The Assistant Director ensures that housing and economic mobility solutions are strategically aligned with Granite United Way’s broader impact portfolio and cross-sector efforts, collaborating across initiatives such as 211 NH, NH Care Connections, Public Health Networks, Family Resource Centers, and the Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative to address the root causes of instability and promote long-term well-being.
